Step by step, day by day.

Step by step, day by day.

Eleonora started downhill mountainbike at the age of 21.
She got influenced a lot from the sports she used to do in her childhood which helped her to quickly discover her talent on the mountainbike.

She got up to speed and the right technique in a very small amount of time and started racing shortly afterwards.

She became European Champion in 2017 and Italian Champion for 3 years in a row in 2017,
2018 and 2019.

Eleonora is a very sportive person and also does skiing, snowboarding, ski touring as well as climbing and windsurfing. Taking care of her body is one of her main priorities and she tries to link exercises with practicing yoga, do hiking, swimming and train balance.

She is a very focussed athlete and tries to stay in shape to make the next step to compete for World Cup victories in the near future. Eleonora had a back injury in 2018.

Because of her endless will and the very intense and multi sportive training she was able to recover quickly.

She restarted with more power and came back stronger than ever before.

In 2020, during very strange pandemic times, Eleonora started to train more and more with the men`s elite team of MS Mondraker Racing in order to achieve her big goal to score the first WC Elite podium and also to be able to compete for the World Championship top spot.

Eleonora reached her first World Cup Elite podium on the last stage of the reduced 2020 racing calendar in Maribor (SLO) in October 2020 with a 3rd place finish.
She is hungry for more and can`t wait to start into the new regular season in 2021.
